1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Undergarments or worn clothing

4. Refunds

  • Issued within 7–10 business days after item is inspected.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless item was damaged or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

No direct exchanges. Please return and reorder.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
